Base Mountain Bike Skills Program

Learn the fundamental mountain biking skills that will act as the building blocks of your development as a rider. Whether you are a beginner who is just starting out in the sport or have been riding difficult trails for years, this course will cover basic skills that will enable you to advance your technique further, faster and safer.
The Base Mountain Bike Skills program is designed for:
* People who are relatively new to mountain biking and have some experience riding off road
* More experienced riders who want to consolidate the basics, enabling them to unlock advanced techniques.
We focus on:
* Body Position
* Braking Technique
* Cornering
* Riding Actively
* Front & Rear Wheel Lifts
Duration: 5 Hours (Approx.)
Minimum Ability: Beginner
