Architect Jean Nouvel's Central Park Complex is the area's new landmark which is a 5 star green rated building. Along with this building there is a wonderful piece of urban design for you to explore.
Join our knowledgeable volunteer tour leader on a 90 minute walking tour. Highlights include, the Mortuary RailwayStation and garden, a piece of Sydney's hidden history, Spice Alley and Indigo Slam, an amazing residential project by Smart Design. You will also visit the Old Clare Hotel which was designed by architect Sidney Warden in 1939 who was a hot property after designing the nearby Broadway Hotel, it was named after the owner's birthplace in County Clare, Ireland.
Please arrive at the start point 10 minutes prior to the scheduled start time. Bring a hat and/or umbrella and wear comfortable shoes as the tours operate regardless of weather.
