Join Estelle and Melissa for a deep dive into yoga practices that focus on detoxifying and nourishing the internal organs, restore balance to the body, and in the mind, you can experience healing, cleansing of habitual emotional patterns and stillness within. 2 hours of movement, breathwork and relaxation, carefully designed to cleanse your body and mind from the inside out.

Who we are:
Melissa is yoga practitioner, a yoga student and a yoga teacher, overall a yoga addict. Born and raised in the southern tablelands of NSW. Yeap she grew up on a farm. And now lives inner city Melbourne. She loves the outdoors. She is someone who loves to travel doesn't mind a good cook up at home and likes to eat super healthy. Also someone who loves a good glass of wine and champers and defiantly a chocolate enthusiast, your all round normal gal.
Her yoga teaching journey has lead her to learn more about mediations, breath work, chakras and yoga practice as a whole.
Melissa will share with you some of her tips and secrets to living a happy, joyful, adventurous lifestyle. She's a life inspirationist. Pretty much what lights her fire, she will share.
Estelle is a yoga practicioner and emotional eating recovery specialist and energy healer. Originally from South Africa, Estelle has called Melbourne her home and is a passionate yoga teacher in the Estern Suburbs . Like Melissa, Estelle loves outdoor adventures , from kayacking to hiking, beach days and mountain biking.
A s a holistic health coach, Estelle infuses yoga, mindfulness and energy medicine into her consultations with clients. Passionate about holistic health, she sees yoga as a therapy for the mind and soul considering herself fortunate to facilitate yoga experiences. Estelle sessions encourage clients to dive into the self-transformation that health practices like positive mindset, yoga and meditation can provide.
Estelle and Melissa have been working together over the past 2 years. They aim to provide a safe space to come to, a supportive yoga community, We want to create a space where you can feel you can open new doors and windows of opportunities on how you can live your best and brightest self. Sharing your vibe and passion that allows you to live and breathe the journey you were destined to live. Uncovering any limiting and false beliefs and anything that’s holding you back.

Do you find the festive and holiday season is a time when routine flies out the window and the overindulging in socialising takes the front seat? And while that may look very different this year, there’s one thing that many of us will share.
That thing is FOOD...and for some alcohol.
And you may find yourself overeating and then feeling lethargic, foggy and uncomfortable in your skin.
We absorb many toxins — preservatives, pesticides, stimulants, and heavy metals — through food, water, and air. Also, your own body produces toxins as a natural result of processes like digestion and respiration. Luckily, your digestive, endocrine, and circulatory systems come equipped with a complex set of mechanisms designed to eliminate these toxins through your mouth, eyes, skin, colon, urinary tract — even your breath. The trouble is that too much sugar, caffeine, alcohol, processed foods, little-to-no exercise, and stress can slow the body’s natural detox functions to a sluggish pace. The result is a buildup of toxins that can leave you fatigued and suffering from poor digestion, which may even lead to disease. We will learn in this workshop how you can boost the innate detox functions of your body, adding in a detox practice, and by practising special cleansing yoga sequences. A clean and clear digestive system equals greater health, clarity, consciousness and vitality.

How much experience of yoga do I need to have had?
This workshop is recommended for new and seasoned yogis. All postures will be available in both gentle variations as well as deeper versions to suit individual needs and abilities. Limited spots available to ensure a great learning experience.
What if I want a refund?
Refunds are only available up to 14 days from the event date. Up to 7 days from the event, we can offer an exchange for our workshop. Within 7 days no refunds or exchanges will be offered.
